Vision
Our vision is for every healthcare organization to have a highly reliable process for responding to and preventing patient harm that provides patients and families with accountability, compassion and transparency while supporting healthcare providers and improving patient safety.
Goals
- Promote a response to harm that puts the needs of patients and families first while supporting the providers involved
- Develop a robust CRP workforce by providing best-in-class, accessible education and training
- Advance CRP practice through high impact CRP research and innovation
- Enhance CRP implementation by partnering with all key partners (including attorneys, insurers, policymakers, and regulators)
- Ensure the health and sustainability of CAI
